Day 4B Atherton Tablelands Final day before we head back down the big hill to the coast

Day 4B Atherton Tablelands Final day before we head back down the big hill to the coast
One thing we did notice was that the southern end of the tablelands are wetter and greener.
The climate is remarkably like Central NSW and many many species inhabit both regions.
Once your eye gets trained in,orchids are verywhere. You dont even need to get of of the car to find them.
One very special place is the pretty town of Milla Milla.  Famous for having the prettiest most photographed water fall in Australia
The main street of the town had a tree that I was driving past, and stopped dead to look at!
Not only did it have glorious giant labiate cattleya in bloom but it was covered in Dockrillia and nugentii.
So in the wild we saw.
