Hi Wayne,
Need some clarification on the once off specials. Firstly PayPal always adds postage for each individual item purchased. Is the postage going to be refunded if I purchase multiple items and can I say delay it for the week until I combine enough goods for the week before they’re sent altogether? Also is there an option for pick up?
I have seen orchids that I’m after but too scared to checkout without combining the lot as I’ll be charged multiple postage fees. I have them in my shopping cart to combine with other plants only to find out my shopping cart is empty as others have paid for the item in my shopping cart. Any tips on how I should go about this?
Thank you
Ok so my bank manager loves me … mind you she thinks I’m crazy lol. But this is a great chance to get some wonderful plants! I will admit, I have pulled over on the way home from work to get what I want. …. it has paid off :) TIP I always make sure I’m logged into my account BEFORE the specials start – no time wasted logging in when I want something. Sorry to those without good internet service or typing skills. My advice – find someone with a good computer, quick typing and good internet signal who is willing to help you.
Hi Wayne,
Best you put plants on for those who want to compete for them at 5pm, but also put plenty (as many) on at random times during the day (or night) for everyone else who may by chance pick up a great plant from you – when we drop into your website to check a blog or look at what’s on sale. I know this may not be as convenient for you – but you will miss a lot of customers (like me) just doing the 5pm thing.
ps Sorry to hear about your, Steve and other’s frost damage down there. I hope that is the end of it for this winter.
